Shipping Policy


We ship worldwide 


All orders will be shipped as registered articles for tracking purposes and to avoid inconvenience to all parties.

Tracking number will be emailed to your registered email address within 24-48 hours.


The standard home delivery fee is $5 for all purchases.

Purchases are scheduled to arrive within three (3) business days from the processing day of the customer’s order. Orders will be processed on the day of purchase.

Express mail

All purchases under this category is subjected to $10. 

provided the order is made before 12pm on a business day. Any orders made after 12pm on a business day will be treated as orders of the next business day even on a weekend.

Customer must ensure that there is someone at home to receive the delivery any time between 10am to 6pm.

The delivery personnel will call or SMS the customer shortly before arrival.

We deliver to all locations in Singapore except embassies, LTA, ICA, NTU, NUS, Singapore Poly, Military, Shipyard, Cargo Complex, Airline House, Alps Ave, Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, or other places with large compounds. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.


Shipping costs will be added upon checkout. 

Shipping of international orders will take 3-15 days depending on customs clearances.

Error in Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing sufficient and accurate shipping address (including street address, block and unit number, or postal code). ALFAH & DEEN will not be responsible for undelivered goods as a result of error in the information you provided.

Merchandise Shipping Delay or Unavailability

If an item of merchandise is delayed or becomes unavailable, or if there is an error on our Website relating to the order (for example, an error relating to the price or description of merchandise), ALFAH & DEEN may cancel the order. If this occurs we will contact you so you are aware.

Return & Exchange Policy

For online exchanges & refunds, please email or call +65 93742938 for further assistance. Refunds and exchanges within 7 days of purchase with original receipt and the seal of the tubs and oils MUST NOT be broken or opened at any given time within that period to guarantee an exchange. Products that have been shipped out for international consumers would be incurred by the consumers/purchasers and exchanged within 6 months of purchase with original receipt, in accordance as mentioned above due to hygiene purposes. We will only accept exchange of products that were purchased directly from listed ALFAH&DEEN, which excludes all duty-free stores. ALFAH&DEEN reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time, without notice.

Limited Liability

Under no circumstances and under no legal or equitable theory, whether in tort, contract, strict liability or otherwise, shall ALFAH & DEEN or any of its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers be liable to you or to any other person for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use our website, including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, work stoppage, accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction, even if an authorized representative of ALFAH & DEEN has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages. Subject to the foregoing, in no event will ALFAH & DEEN be liable for any damages in excess of the fees paid by you in connection with your use of our website during the six-month period preceding the date on which the claim arose.
